Introduction

Custard Media Solutions were commissioned to undertake a new brand and web design with added functionality of a content management system for a Hearing aid company.  It was vitally important that system did everything from a search engine perspective whilst giving the client the flexibility to add new content and pages to the website with ease.

The website was to be used primarily as a lead generation website for hearing aids, so the website had to be different from all the other monotonous hearing aid websites online.  We were fortunate enough to get a very sought after domain  that was perceived to be more cost effective i.e. hearing aids at trade and built a brand, web design and technical content management system around it.

The content management system has enabled the client to add many pages of the content to the website without the need for design skills. 

Process

  • Analysed the site structure for search engine friendliness
  • Looked at the various variables that may be required for each page of the website and created enough templates to fulfil any content needed for the website.
  • Inserted simple management criteria, so the client could make a page look attractive in design with simple ‘drop in’ design elements
  • Ensured that the functionality was there to add very important meta data for search engine optimisation.

Achievements to date
